global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<header class=\"entry-header\" aria-label=\"Content\"><\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"text\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The High Tide Theatrical Associate Board is a group of emerging leaders, age 22-35, who dedicate their time, talents, networks and resources to raise awareness and support for the work and mission of High Tide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Roles and Responsibilities: <br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The role of an Associate Board member carries with it the responsibility to serve as a committed supporter and thoughtful advocate for High Tide Theatrical through engaging and creating content for next-generation donors, bringing in and\/or retaining next-generation volunteers, building relationships with local businesses, and, planning and executing events.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Associate Board Members must be 22-35 years of age as of January 1, 2024<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Dues of $100 per year are due at the time of the first meeting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Attend opening night performances &#8211; be willing to serve in volunteer positions (usher, concessions, etc) to help opening run smoothly<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Attend mixers with Associate Boards members to the best of your ability<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Attend monthly meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Engage with the community, including organizing mixers with Associate Boards of other theatres to create connections and establish support and comradery<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243;
